Information you provide
Our enquiry and assessment forms collect your name, business name, email address, phone number, business URLs, project information, audit inputs and marketing-consent choice. The assessment also records results from automated checks of the website you submit. Please do not include sensitive personal information in free-text fields.
How we use it
We use this information to provide your requested assessment, respond to enquiries and quote requests, maintain customer relationships and manage agreed work. We store these records in our internal CRM. If you separately opt in, we may use your contact details to send marketing emails or make marketing calls. You can receive an assessment without opting into marketing.
Marketing choices
Marketing consent is optional and unchecked by default. We record your choice and the time of an opt-in. To withdraw consent, use marketing preferences or email us with your request. Withdrawing marketing consent does not stop communications needed to respond to a request or deliver contracted work.
Technical data and cookies
We use essential cookies for form security, sign-in and temporary access to your assessment. The application uses network identifiers to limit abusive requests. Hosting systems may keep access and error logs. This website does not install advertising pixels or third-party analytics cookies.
Access and service providers
Authorised staff access information according to their responsibilities. MilesWeb provides hosting infrastructure. When you ask us to assess a website, our server requests its public page and that website may record the request. We do not sell personal data. We may disclose information where required by law or necessary to protect lawful rights.
Instagram audit information
The no-login Instagram audit stores the username, bio, follower count, checklist answers, posting target and post dates, likes and comments that you submit, together with your contact details and generated report. We use this information to provide the report and respond to your enquiry. We do not connect to Instagram or request your Instagram password. Marketing consent remains optional and separate.
Retention and security
We retain enquiry and assessment records while needed for follow-up and business purposes, and review them periodically. Client, invoice and accounting records may need to be retained for contractual and legal obligations. Contact us to request deletion of information that is no longer required. Access controls, secure connections and password hashing help protect the information; no system can promise absolute security.
Your requests
You may contact us to request access, correction, deletion or withdrawal of consent, or raise a privacy concern. We may ask for enough information to verify your identity before acting. Where an applicable law gives you additional rights, including grievance or nomination rights, we will handle your request accordingly.
Children and changes
This website and its forms are intended for adults acting for a business. We do not knowingly seek information from children. We may update this policy as our services change and will update the effective date.
