Say what you do without making people work
Use a heading that explains the service and the audience. Put important information close to the point where visitors make a decision. Clear copy is especially useful for customers comparing several businesses on a small screen.
Give each service a useful home
A dedicated service page can explain the problem, your approach and the next step in more detail. Link related pages naturally. Write for customers first, then use accurate page titles and descriptions to help search engines understand the content.
Treat mobile as a real customer journey
Read your pages on a phone, complete the form and follow your navigation. Look for small tap targets, confusing labels and content that extends beyond the screen. Optimise image sizes and avoid effects that make the page harder to use.
Test enquiries from end to end
A working button is not enough. Confirm that submissions reach your CRM or chosen inbox and that someone knows who owns the next action. Provide a clear success message and a useful error message if a submission cannot be saved.
Keep the foundation maintainable
Use HTTPS, keep dependencies current and establish a backup routine. Review your services, contact information and business hours as they change. A website benefits from consistent maintenance after launch, not only a polished first release.
